At The Oriental Dialogue, we are committed to providing high-quality language training programmes, cultural learning resources, and educational products. Every course, kit, and service is carefully designed to deliver value to our students, parents, and partner institutions.
Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in our programmes or purchasing our products.
No Refunds
All payments made to The Oriental Dialogue are non-refundable. Once you have enrolled in a course, purchased a preschool kit, or signed up for a training programme, the fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Withdrawal from a course after enrolment.
Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to attend sessions or complete the programme.
Technical issues arising from your personal device, network, or software.
Course Transfers & Rescheduling
While we do not provide refunds, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Subject to availability and internal approval:
Students may request to transfer their enrolment to a later batch of the same course.
In case of corporate or preschool programmes, sessions may be rescheduled if informed within the agreed timeline.
Please note that such requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Products (Preschool Kits & Materials)
All physical and digital learning kits, once purchased, are non-refundable. Damaged or defective products (if applicable) may be eligible for replacement upon verification, but refunds will not be issued.
